RETURNS

  Addocart.com's Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on within 10 days of receipt.

  Returns are subject to the Addocart return policy. Conveniently place your return request online if you've received an item in a ' Dead on arrival / faulty product items ', 'Order error' or

  Received Wrong Item / damaged item ' state.

  Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and

  accessories.

Return Policy

  • The return request for the products is to be sent within 10 days of receipt of the product.
  • Once the return request is accepted you would receive a mail with return instructions & return address.
  • The product to be returned should include price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories which were shipped along with the product.
  • In case of branded electronic items, return, repair and replacement policy will apply according to the particular brands.
  • Dead on arrival / faulty product - items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories & the reason for returning.
  • Order error - product must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies
    and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
  • Other - please share the details for return of the product.
  • Received Wrong Item / damaged item - points to be shared about wrong/damaged item received.
  • Once the item is received back to us confirmation mail is sent to the buyer.

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS Policy:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Anything missing from the package we have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • Products returned with tampered or missing serial numbers.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued when

  • The product returned under Order error/ no longer needed only the product cost is refunded.
  • Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. The refunds are initiated within 2 to 5 days after

    product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
  • On product inspection of the return package, it should include price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories else a partial refund is issued.
  • Once the refund has been initiated confirmation mail will be sent to the buyer.
  • On order cancellation refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
  • On product inspection if products returned with tampered or missing serial number the order is not refunded.
  • Refunds for courier charges are always in the mode of Addocart Points which can be redeemed on your future purchase.
